Autographed numbered limited edition art prints ship according to announced signing schedule; for limited editions with digital signatures, prints ship within 3-6 days.

Art prints ship in a sturdy tube, unframed—unless expressly specified.

Returns, Replacements and Order Tracking
Art being lost or damaged during shipping is rare however it does happen on occasion (less than 1% of orders are ever reported to us). If this occurs, please contact MOTO POPZ via the private method you receive with your order confirmation so that we can make arrangements as required. In some instances of damaged prints, UPS will pickup the damaged print so make sure you make it available in the original package for pickup by UPS. With lost prints, we may require an additional several days depending on the time frame the order was shipped in the instance an order is running late or transit information has not been updated by the courier.
Whenever we ship an order we will send an e-mail notice to the e-mail address you provided in your billing information. This email will include a link where you can access a copy of this order as well as tracking information when made available.
